Une association de juifs turcs en Israël lance un site Internet pour mieux informer le public turc

R. Sadi: "Turkish society has become anti-Israeli within 10 years’ time"

IYT (Itahdut Yotsei Turkiya), une association de juifs turcs en Israël, a lancé une campagne visant à mieux informer le public et les médias turcs sur l’actualité israélienne. Le site HASTÜRK qui est en ligne depuis la semaine dernière, donne des nouvelles de la presse israélienne et les déclarations officielles en langue turque. Rafael Sadi, le porte-parole de l’IYT, a déclaré qu’il espérait que l’initiative servirait l’amitié entre les deux pays, rapporte le quotidien turc Hürriyet.
«Cette idée est née il y a près de 10 ans en raison de l’attitude anti-israélienne dans la presse turque. Cela faisait suite à la deuxième Intifada. En tant qu’israélien né en Turquie les relations entre mes deux pays me préoccupent.” explique t-il.
«Les israéliens qui parlent turque connaissent parfaitement la société locale. Ils peuvent l’expliquer facilement aux autres qui vivent dans une société éloigné. Le mieux, et c’est ce que nous faisons, c’est pour nous de l’expliquer en turque… Avec les mots et les expressions turques… Notre travail permet de prendre de la hauteur sur les informations. De les mettre en relief. Et de voir la désinformation…” Pour ce projet, l’équipe du site internet à le soutien des 100.000 immigrants juifs turcs d’Israël.
Turkish Jews in Israel to present country’s news for Turks
An association of Turkish Jews in Israel has launched a campaign to better inform the Turkish public and the Turkish media about events in Israel by addressing them in their own language.
